1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LYRA Music, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
LYRA Music is an AI-powered music creation platform. You may use it to generate, explore, and manage music tracks. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not use the platform to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the API is strictly prohibited.
3. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and creative inputs you provide. LYRA Music grants you a license to use the generated tracks according to your subscription plan:
- Free Plan: Personal, non-commercial use only.
- Pro Plan: Full commercial license included.
- Studio Plan: Full commercial license with unlimited generation rights.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant LYRA Music a non-exclusive license to display and improve its services.
4. Intellectual Property
The LYRA Music platform, its design, code, and branding are the exclusive property of LYRA Music, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
- Use the platform to create deepfakes, disinformation, or harmful content.
- Resell or sublicense access to LYRA Music without explicit written agreement.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LYRA Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that generated tracks will meet every creative expectation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYRA Music, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
